These elegant and spacious rooms are designed with a natural-ethnic-inspired interior.


There are 4 free standing bedrooms at the ground floor surrounding the large swimming pool and living space and 2 suites upstairs, each has its own plunge pool and stunning rice field view.

At Villa Boya, there are 2 plunge pools and 1 main swimming pool.



You can enjoy the beautiful rice fields from the comfort of your own private plunge pool located on the second floor right outside your bedroom or have your morning laps at the main swimming pool which is 17 meters long in the center of the courtyard.

    We are about 15KM from the airport, depending on the traffice, it will take anywhere between 45min to 1,5hr to get here. 

  • How far is Villa Boya from the beach?

    We are about 1km from the beach,that is a 15 min walk or a 5 min scooter ride. 

  • Do you provide daily housekeeping service?

    Yes, we provide daily housekeeping. 



    Our staff are instructed to not disturb the guests while they are in the villa, so please inform us when you would like us to make up the room so we can arrange. 

  • Can extra bed be added to accommodate for more people

    Yes, we can arrange to add extra bed in each of the bedrooms. Please inform us in advance if needed.
